The Opportunity
The firm’s highly successful commercial litigation practice has enjoyed a sustained period of growth. As a result, an enviable opportunity now exists for an experienced commercial litigator, with at least 5 years' PAE, to join this fantastic team as a Senior Associate.
The firm's commercial litigation team acts for a diverse range of interesting client's across a whole host of industries. These clients include, but are not limited to, private companies, partnerships, joint ventures, associations, registered training organisations, charities and high net worth individuals.
Whilst this is a broad commercial litigation role, it will also include some construction litigation matters, so experience in this space will be highly regarded (but is not essential).
You can expect to act on high value matters before the superior courts (in fact, the firm is no stranger to the High Court of Australia!).
