The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity now exists for a motivated and professional Receptionist or Administrative Assistant to join the firm to manage the front of house operations.

In addition to receptionist and front of house / client facing duties, there will be some administrative responsibilities and the chance to work with professionals across the wider firm.

The successful candidate will have outstanding personal presentation, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and phone manner.

About You

To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a stable working history, at least 1 years' Reception or Administration experience gained within a professional services environment or corporate environment, in addition to;
  • outstanding communication skills,
  • excellent organisational and time management skills,
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy,
  • the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality,
  • commitment to service excellence that matches our client's, and
  • the ability to take ownership in your work and pride in who you work for.
