Our client, an innovative insurance claims management firm, is seeking a Claims Executive to help guide clients through complex insurance claims, with a role that offers both a strong base salary and a highly lucrative uncapped bonus structure.
If you’re an experienced insurance, personal injury, or commercial litigation lawyer (2+ years PAE) looking for a new challenge - or a seasoned claims manager ready to elevate your career - this is the role you've been searching for!
The Opportunity:
In this role, you’ll be the main point of support and advocacy for policyholders, handling claims from initial submission to final resolution. You’ll work directly with clients to assess, negotiate, and achieve fair claim outcomes, championing their interests every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end management of high value insurance claims (predominately property), ensuring seamless client experiences and fair resolutions.
- Conduct client interviews, claims assessments, and investigations to build strong cases.
- Prepare detailed submissions and negotiate settlements with insurers or legal representatives.
- Stay updated on insurance trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring claims processes are cutting-edge and client-focused.
- Lawyers with 2+ years PAE in insurance, personal injury, or commercial litigation - or experienced claims managers - are highly regarded.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to drive fair outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for client advocacy with meticulous attention to detail and documentation.
